I left Houston at almost 2 PM on a lazy Monday afternoon to get to Pedernales Falls State Park in time for some golden hour photograph. What I hadn't considered is that hunting season was upon us and they had closed the park for five days! I was in Dripping Springs when I realized this, so I had to quickly think about Plan B and head south on Highway 12 to get to Wimberley in time to photograph this image. This is the Blue Hole Regional Park, a nature preserve located deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Thanks for looking. FAA watermark WILL NOT show on fine art print.
