The City of Houston has ChevronTexaco to thank for having acquired the newer "Enron Building" two years after its construction had begun in 2004. This started a ripple effect in Downtown Houston, reversing the declining property values in the area, and consolidating all Chevron employees that were spread all over the city in seven buildings.
The architecture of the skybridge and its surroundings has a mesmerizing hold on most photographers. Security is lax on the streets, but they will always ask "are you gonna be here long?" Just say yes...
