Description
It took me two hours to drive from the Albuquerque Sunport straight to this location in Northern New Mexico. Working against the clock, -as it usually is when I'm travelling for photography-, a few factors worked against me, such as the plane's late arrival and the waiting at the rental car agency. Determined to keep my chin up, I headed north to Abiquiu, in Rio Arriba County. Plaza Blanca is on the grounds of the Dar Al Islam Mosque, and it can be visited without previous arrangements. It is a otherworldly place where one can get lost among the tuff sculptures. Thanks for looking. FAA watermark WILL NOT show on fine art print.
