Description
I had stood here previously to make a panoramic image of this city of Dallas from the City Hall Park Plaza. On my second trip I decided the revisit this location to see if I had more interesting cloud formations, which I did. By attaching what's called a "neutral density filter" I created exposures of eight seconds, which blurs the movement of the clouds and of the moving water in the fountain. Thanks for looking. FAA watermark WILL NOT show on fine art print.
