I made this panoramic shot from the Lakefront Trail in North Avenue Beach, Chicago Illinois. After having docked my Divvy bike at the nearby station, I ran as fast as I could to this spot so as not to lose the golden hour light cast by the almost setting sun...It was a matter of time, I needed some of the buildings to be bathed in the gorgeous light! Prominent in this skyline is the John Hancock Tower, Four Seasons, The Drake, and other Near North Side skyscrapers. To the right, buildings in the Lincoln Park neighborhood are shown.
