As I was making my way from Lost Maples State Natural Area to the small town of Utopia, TX, to buy provisions for my camping trip, I came across this enchanting sight out of the corner of my eye. It is then that I remembered that I snapped a photograph of this same place 14 years ago, the last time that I had been standing on that bridge.
Everything in this image yells "Texas Hill Country"!, from the limestone, to the clear water and the rusty bald cypresses. Enjoy, and thank you so much for looking!
