Description
On our last day at the Indian Lodge at Davis Mountains State Park, I decided to wake up before dawn to try to capture some golden hour action; however, I just didn't know what to capture as I had not planned it in advance. I decided to head south on Highway 118 towards Wild Rose Pass and see what I'd come across. Rio Grande cottonwoods are more common in New Mexico, so seeing this isolated population of them in West Texas made me very happy! I caught these ones being lit by the early sun along Limpia Creek, a few miles southeast of Fort Davis. Thanks for looking. FAA watermark WILL NOT show on fine art print.
