I made this panorama of Downtown Fort Worth after having driven all over the city looking for good vantage points. I had seen some images of the city before, but never cared to know from exactly where they have been taken. This particular one was shot from somewhere in the Northwest, across the Trinity River. I arrived a few minutes earlier to set up the tripod and the panoramic bracket, and fired 5 overlapping photographs to arrive at this composition. I then waited until the luminosity of the buildings was higher than that of the surrounding sky, causing the camera to calculate a two-second exposure to light the buildings properly.
