Artist's Description
I still remember my first day at Ghost Ranch and the road trip that took me there, it was an amazing adventure: From Chinle and the Canyon de Chelly Region, I crossed the Chuska Mountains on Indian Route 13, climbing up to 10,000 ft. From the rooftop of the Navajo Nation, I saw Shiprock in all its glory protruding from the barren desert. Then I came down the mountains, passed by The Rock and headed down southeast on Highway 550 towards Cuba, NM. After that, I drove North by the San Pedro Parks wilderness turning East on Highway 96. Driving through a heavy downpour caused by a strong Monsoon Season, I started seeing the towering red cliffs of the Abiquiu Lake Area. As soon as I entered this depression, I fell in love with this place. Its draw, its pull, is so strong on the soul, that I long to go back. This is the first image I made upon crossing the Ghost Ranch gate. Thanks for looking!

In other words, I try to walk the Path of God's Will for me. Going on a...
