Artist's Description
I've stood on this location overlooking Buffalo Bayou on Studemont Avenue many a times to photograph the changing colors facing Downtown Houston from the West. Be it Winter, Fall, Spring, or Summer, I definitely prefer it in the late Fall, when the leaves have already changed colors but haven't fallen yet, and the sun rises right behind the skyscrapers of Downtown Houston. This image was made in mid-summer, as I braved the humidity of Houston mornings. Wanting to capture the entire spawn of the Rosemont Bridge, I decided on a panoramic photograph. Thanks for looking!
