Description
For reasons unknown, I've waited a full year to post this image taken at Cape Royal during the Monsoon Season of 2013. This photograph depicts the formation commonly known as "Wotan's Throne" and ever since I made this image I was seeing it in monochrome, black and white. I miss being standing at that scenic overlook, I long to go back there...the smell of rain falling on sage, pinyon and juniper, breathing in the cool mountain air...
